Finlay Enterprises, The Company, a part of the Grand Metropolitan holder company (GrandMetropolitan.com), operates 40 jewelry banners across the USA under the brands of Samuels Diamonds, Samuels Jewelers, Schubach Jewelers, Rogers Jewelers and Andrews Jewelers. We have 74 Samuels, Schubach and Samuels Diamonds stores and State 39 Rogers Jewelers and Andrews Jewelers stores throughout the 22 states.
Samuels Jewelers, Samuels Diamonds, Schubach Jewelers, Rogers Jewelers and Andrews Jewelers sells contemporary and uniquely styled fine jewelry in a quality shopping environment targeting customers who desire an upscale shopping experience. ASSOCIATE BENEFITS
The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package. All regular, full-time Associates are eligible for the following benefits:
Medical Insurance:
Our medical plan offers great flexibility in managing care for you and your family. This plan is administered through a national provider of exceptional healthcare services. For your convenience, once enrolled, you may visit their website to access claims payments, physician directories, ID cards, inquire about eligibility and more. This plan also includes prescription and vision coverage. The company contributes approximately 73% of the cost for this insurance.
Dental Insurance:
You can go to the dentist of your choice! Preventive Services are covered at 100% and you do not have to meet the deductible. Basic Services are covered at 80% after deductible is met. Major Services are covered at 50% after deductible is met.
Flexible Spending Account Options:
You may choose to participate in the Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or the Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account (commonly known as FSA’s). The FSA’s allow you to set aside before-tax money to pay yourself back for eligible health care and dependent care expenses. The Medical FSA offers a convenient Debit Card to pay for qualified expenses.
401(k) Plan:
Associates over 21 years of age are eligible to participate in The Company’s 401(k) Plan after completing 1 year of employment. The company also contributes a discretionary match.
Paid Vacation:
You start earning vacation on your first day of employment! 1-5yrs = 10 days; 5-12yrs = 15 days; 12-20yrs = 20 days; 20+yrs = 25 days. Your first week of accrued vacation is available for use after only 6 months of employment.
Paid Sick Time:
You earn 6 paid sick days per year. Your accrued Sick time is available for use after only 90 days.
Paid Holidays:
The Company observes six holidays. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Should an Associate be scheduled to work on a holiday, he or she will be paid the holiday pay (straight time) in addition to the hours actually worked.
